The Secret Organization is set to play a huge role in the next installment of Netflix’s show of One Piece, although the major clash won’t take place until the third season, and a beloved, popular member has now been chosen.
The platform declared Tuesday that the talented performer has joined the One Piece season 3 cast and will play Mr. 2. This character possesses the power to morph into an perfect replica of anyone they’ve laid a hand on with their right hand. The performer, who is non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns, will depict a rendition of that figure reimagined as non-binary identifying, instead of as a drag artist, in the real-life adaptation, unlike the source material and cartoon version.
This performer is joined by several other new cast members tasked with bringing the organization to the screen, such as leader Mr. 0, portrayed by Joe Manganiello, an emerging star as Miss Goldenweek, and an accomplished actor, who also joins the cast as the monarch of the desert kingdom.
Even though Bon Clay is a important part of the group, the persona won’t appear until One Piece the third season. Given the second season set to cover the Little Garden segment, this represents a major departure in the timing of the character’s debut, one that could indicate additional alterations to the plot development.
Their mix of precise humor and emotional depth makes them a standout choice for the character. Along with their recent voice performance in the youth-focused cartoon movie Boys Go to Jupiter, they garnered significant recognition and multiple awards for creating and performing in the successful stage production Oh Mary!, emphasizing the adaptability they’ll bring to one of One Piece’s highly regarded figures.
The streaming service’s real-life One Piece series is set to return for its next installment on March 10th, 2026.
